Our services include conceptual design, architectural design, engineering projects, implementation and detailed projects, interior design, project reports, and quantity surveying and cost estimation. Babylon Hotel, Amwaj International Hotel, and Basra Housing Complex are some of the projects we have undertaken in this field.
Project Management and Consulting
During the project implementation phase, we act as the client's eyes and ears on the ground. We coordinate between contractors, designers, and the client, closely monitoring the progress of the work to ensure it meets planned quality, budget, and schedule.
We undertake project and construction management, technical consultancy, site inspection, quality and cost control, work schedule tracking, progress payment control, and provisional and final acceptance processes. Ak Zirve Topkapı 29, Tarım Kredi Holding Ankara Office, and Serden Kahramanmaraş Small Industrial Site are some of our projects in this field.
Tender Consulting
Choosing the right contractor directly determines the success of the project. By establishing a transparent, competitive, and technically sound bidding process, we secure the client's investment from the outset.
Our services include the preparation of tender documents and technical specifications, cost estimation, pre-qualification assessment, bid evaluation, and contract preparation and negotiations. We provided these services for the TAV Mosul Airport, Tefirom Baghdad Water Intake, and TK Market Polatlı projects.
